What is UCMAS? UCMAS is an innovative educational method that utilizes mental arithmetic and abacus techniques to develop mental agility in children aged 6-13. How Does UCMAS Work? Our UCMAS program follows a systematic approach to help children learn and practice mental arithmetic:   Abacus Training: Students start with an abacus, learning to perform arithmetic calculations by moving beads. This helps them visualize math, which strengthens their ability to process numerical information mentally.  Visualization Techniques: Once proficient with the physical abacus, children progress to visualizing the abacus in their mind. This mental imagery builds their capacity for mental math, helping them to perform quick and complex calculations without relying on external tools.   Brain Gym Exercises: UCMAS includes brain exercises that promote active learning, improve concentration, and boost problem-solving abilities.   Progressive Levels: The program is structured across multiple levels to provide gradual learning.Each level presents new challenges, allowing students to grow and solidify their skills over time.
